Hello, excuse my insistence but i dont receve any answer in about 4days and 4ticket at support...


NOW THERE ARE 4 DAYS THAT I CANT RECEVE MY DAILY ZEN, IM A VIP ACCOUNT SO NOW I LOST 240K OF ZEN.
I ASK YOU AGAIN TO DO SOMETHING OR JUST TO ANSWER ME AND I WANT A COMPENSATION OF THE 240KZEN IVE LOST SO PLS HURRY UP AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I REMEMBER YOU THAT IF I MADE A VIP ACCOUNT ITS FOR RECEVE THE VIP SERVICE IF I DONT RECEVE THAT SERVICE IM FREE TO RENOW MY VIP STATUS.
