Need a Guide Line

Hi Guys.I was thinking that we need a guide line how this Server works.Different events etc.As im New here i Don't know half the stuff that can be done in game.Would be Much appreciated for this newby to have a guide 
And wouls help alot of Other new players to adjust to this server as its much different than most of us are used to
